• The number of participants should not exceed the number of 1wo staffs members who are responsible for the offer itself
• When signing the contract, send a copy of the passport to the organizer and pay the full amount. If for any reason there occurs a disruption of the visa procedures from our side, we will reimburse the full amount to the participant.
• Please note that the visa takes six weeks to be processed.
• Visitors to the Kingdom are required to have a valid passport for at least six months in addition to all other required documents
